Is this pre-order?

Yes we are pre-order but sometimes we have stocks. Please message us if want to inquire about our stocks.

When can I expect my order?

On average, expect your order to be delivered within 5–10 business days. Please note that we do not operate on weekends, so orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day. 

 

If an item is in stock, it may be shipped as early as the next business day after your order is placed. You can also message us on Facebook messenger/Instagram with your order ID number to get a real time update.

I'm in a hurry. I want to get it delivered via Lalamove. How can I order?

We are pre-order but sometimes we have stocks. Before placing an order for Lalamove delivery, please message us first to confirm availability.  Once your order and payment are confirmed, we'll process it quickly for delivery. We will send the pin location and address for pick-up. Customers are responsible for booking the Lalamove delivery.
 

(Note: We accommodate Lalamove within Metro Manila and nearby provinces only.)

Are your shirts oversized?

Our shirts are oversized.

I got the wrong/problem with the item:

We do replacements for damaged or wrong items. Please note that we don't facilitate size or color exchanges unless it's a mistake on our part. Ensure to check our size chart before making a purchase. Replacements are a priority for us, and we aim to get them to you as quickly as possible.  

 

If you encounter any problems, feel free to message us, and we'll assist you. To start a return and replacement, please visit our Returns and Replacement page and follow the instructions.

I want to edit the items I ordered. What should I do?

Once your order has been placed, you won't be able to edit the items in it. This is to prevent delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order. If you wish to change the items on your order you may contact us through our chat channel on the website or you can reach us in our official facebook page & instagram.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Once purchase has been successfully made you will receive a email or text notification regarding your order. 

 

If you wish to cancel your order, you may reach us at info@myfandomsapparel.com or reach out to us through our Facebook Page and Instagram

 

However, once you received a notification that the your order has already been shipped we wont be cancel it. 

 

This also means that the invoice is final and can no longer be edited.
